AN EPICUREAN DUO: MICHELE GRIGLIO AND VALERIA PICCINI
Important culinary experiences that crafted Michele as a talented chef brought him to become the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Winter Garden by Caino in June 2011. A multi-Michelin star Chef from Maremma Valeria Piccini, together with her husband, Maurizio Menichetti, owns the two Michelin star restaurant "Da Caino" in Montemerano, Grosseto, and is known and beloved for her creative "clarity" and warm personality. A successful collaboration between two chefs taking its origin in 2013, already in 2014 saw the Restaurant Winter Garden by Caino being awarded its first Michelin star.
